All of the kitchens shown below were first designed by our designer or the customer’s architect in consultation with the homeowners. Some needed a complete demolition of the existing room and included new electrical and plumbing systems. We have done a lot of kitchen (and bathroom) renovations over the years with some homeowners coming back for a second round years later!
Here is a kitchen remodel starting with the model, the before picture and the after pictures:
These bathroom remodels were recently done in Scarborough and New Gloucester, Maine. Delar General Contracting performed all of the work including demolition. Moisture resistant drywall was used in all of the bathrooms. The fixtures were supplied by Delar GC’s plumber. All rough-in plumbing and electrical work was done by Delar GC’s plumbers and electricians. The cabinets were custom sized according to the design. The neo-angle shower door was installed by Delar’s staff. The tub surround to fit the slanting roof was designed and installed by Delar. All of the flooring, painting, and finish carpentry was done by Delar General Contracting’s staff.
